Emeril's peanut butter chocolate chip cookies -- gluten free

Ok so I did not take a picture of the cookies, sorry but they were pretty good, Harrison liked them and they were so super easy

1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat over at 350 degrees

Mix all ingredients and roll dough into balls and flatten with fork in a criss cross pattern

Bake 10 to 12 mins
