What Harrison takes for lunch? Gluten Free?

So I have had several people ask what Harrison takes to Mother's Day Out for lunch. Since we are doing the Gluten Free Diet it is more challenging but not that hard. Here is an example of what he takes to school for lunch or for lunch in the car for speech etc. He also can have gluten free crackers, cookies, etc. Lucky for me Harrison LOVES fruits and veggies. If I ask him what he wants for lunch he will tell me "ham, broccoli, carrots, and prunes" this makes things much easier. I will post more on GF later but I will leave you with a few links if you are a parent looking into going Gluten Free with your child.
