One Happy Boy

I finally broke down and baked Harrison some Gluten Free bread. I still have not ventured to make it from starch and I am glad I did not. This mix was VERY good. It kinda tastes like a mix of cornbread and yeast rolls. Harrison LOVED IT and was so excited to have some bread and had to eat it as soon as it came out of the oven.

The reason I am glad I did the mix before trying it on my own is that it was not a solid dough like regular bread but more the consistency of brownies. To make homemade Gluten Free bread you have to have several different types of flours which I have not collected and ordered yet.
