So I have been wanting to make marshmallows for a while so I thought I would give it a try for the family Christmas dinner. So above are marshmallows with colored sugar around the edges. they are super easy to make but cutting them is a little harder. I used Martha Stewart's recipe here
And Harrison had to help me as usual.
I also used the marshmallows for these S'mores cookies They were good but I think store bough marshmallows, The homemade once melted too much. This recipe is from here
