Just in Time for John's Birthday

Harrison has been Saying "DADDY" not "DADA" but "DADDY" this is a big deal in our house. He still says Dada if he is not thinking about it and Daddy is not perfect but it is clear that it is Daddy or "Dad-ee". The "e" sound is the vowel that gives Harrison the most trouble so we have really been working on it. So it is a BIG birthday present to John to hear his little boy call him "DADDY". Harrison has also been trying to say "MOMMY" instead of "MAMA" but I think I like "Mama" better anyway :) Now if we can just get the word "Harrison" we would be set :) It will come but we are so excited in all the new sounds he has been working on so hard.
And in the picture you will notice Harrison's tough sticking way out, which it is a lot these days. BUT I LOVE IT, he has only been able to stick his tongue out for a few months, and it is great that it is so easy for him now. We have done a lot of licking and a lot of blowing and practice practice practice to get it out there. Way to go Harrison.
