corn dog muffins

I don't think I have posted this recipe before but John really likes it and it works great for him for lunch. I usually have leftovers, or snack type lunch of nuts, cheese, some fruit, but that does not cut if for the boys. Anyway these corn dog muffins are quick, easy, and cheap, all my favorite things. This is not where I originally found the recipe but think it is the same As the recipe I use. I have not tried freezing these but may have to.
