
Layered Salads are so yummy and fresh. Last weekend I made these in Wide Mouth Mason Jars, which would be great for cookouts etc. I did it so I could leave the dressing, eggs, and onion off of Harrison's and have one for one of John's customers that we were expecting to drop by who always enjoys a home cooked meal. We used to have LOTS of these when I was growing up and I think is a fave of my father.

So this is what I layered in mine plus salt and pepper, and frozen peas.
